From her very first days to the woman she's become
February 17, 2007. Siena Griffiths entered the world and promptly set about charming everyone she met. By her first birthday she was already exploring — here on a canal bridge in Venice, taking it all in with those curious eyes.
2008
Venice again — but this time Siena was on her feet and ready to explore every alley and canal. The red gingham dress, the cobblestones, the afternoon light. Some photos just feel like home.
2009
The South of France, May 2012. Siena at five was pure sunshine — that grin, those eyes, the carefree joy of a girl who had absolutely no idea how wonderful she was. She still doesn't, which somehow makes it better.
2012
A classic English summer. Siena at eight with her beautiful curly hair, softly smiling at whoever was holding the camera. This is the Siena who read everything, asked a thousand questions, and made every room feel warmer.
2015
Sequoia National Park, July 2018. Siena standing next to the largest tree on earth — arms wide, grinning, somehow making the General Sherman tree look like a nice backdrop. Some people just have that energy.
2018
February 17, 2021 — Siena's 14th birthday, at Somerset Shoppes. Even in the middle of a pandemic, she found a way to celebrate. Fourteen candles, one beautiful girl, and a lifetime of wishes still ahead.
2021
Eagle Beach, Aruba, June 2022. Fifteen, confident, sunglasses on, the whole Caribbean laid out behind her. This is the Siena who started figuring out exactly who she is — and she was figuring out someone pretty remarkable.
2022
May 2025. Saint Andrew's School, Class of 2025. Siena crouched beside the stone that bore her name — S. Griffiths — grinning the grin of someone who worked hard, showed up every day, and earned every letter of it. The next chapter begins.
2025Imagined, hoped for, and entirely hers to write
She always wanted to understand how things work — bodies, systems, life itself. Her first day at a biomedical company: slightly terrified, completely capable, wearing a lanyard with her name on it and pretending she knew exactly where the coffee machine was.
2029Whenever it happens, wherever it happens, whoever it's with — the room will go quiet when Siena walks in. The person who gets to stand across from her will be the luckiest person there. That's not a prediction. It's just a fact.
2032She'll have spotted something the world needs — probably in healthcare, probably something no one else thought to look for. The pitch deck will be brilliant. The team she builds will adore her. And somewhere in a small office that smells of coffee and ambition, Siena Griffiths will start something that matters.
2037She'll look at this tiny person and finally understand what all those years of being loved actually felt like from the other side. She'll be an extraordinary mother — warm, funny, probably a little intense about nutrition, endlessly patient and endlessly present.
2039Forty-five and absolutely glowing. She'll have built something real, raised someone wonderful, and finally learned to say no to the things that don't matter. Her laugh will still fill a room. She'll still ask too many questions. She'll still be the most interesting person there.
2052The grandkids will queue up to spend time with her. She'll tell stories, make them feel seen, probably teach them something about biology and something about kindness. She'll be the grandmother everyone wishes they had — and she'll still be the most stylish person in the room.
2067Eighty years old. The girl from the Venice bridge, the one who stood next to a giant tree with her arms out wide, who built things and loved deeply and showed up — she'll still have those same eyes. Full of curiosity. Full of warmth. Full of Siena.
